| Work NOW Program |

| The Work NOW (Needed Opportunities for Women) Program is designed to eliminate barriers to employment for women by providing fundamental training and addressing employment requirements. Vocational instruction and educational programs are provided, as well as an on-site GED (General Equivalency Diploma) Program. |

| MHFH Alumni Association |
| This group is comprised of former MHFH women who provide support and act as sponsors for women currently in treatment. They also collaborate to increase community awareness and support for MHFH through fundraisers and by serving as sponsors. |

| Life Skills Training |
| Designed to develop and refine the life skills of the women in our various programs. Training is provided on topics such as personal hygiene, job readiness, financial literacy and health/wellness. |
| |
| Volunteers |
| Volunteers are actively recruited and utilized at every level within the organization. Volunteers fulfill such roles as mentors and tutors for our children and women, caretakers in our daycare, life skill workshop facilitators in the Work NOW Program and healthcare professionals in the MHFH Medical Clinic. |
