The individual needing treatment services:
  • Must call the Intake office 770-642-5500.
  • Must submit to a phone screen or onsite in-depth interview.
  • At completion of interview, it will be determined if client meets the admission criteria.
  • If approved for admission, you must fax required documentation to the Intake department.
  • If denied admission, you will be notified by phone or letter and referred to potential treatment centers.
