Must recognize that Alcohol/Drug Abuse is a problem and expresses a desire to change, attend treatment and comply with the rules and regulations of MHFH.
Must be drug free upon admittance. Testing required.
Must be eighteen (18) years or older
Must have a TB (tuberculosis) and RPR (syphilis) test completed in the past 6 months, documentation required. Testing services can be obtained from county health department or free clinic.
Must have two week of medication upon entry and if diagnosed with a co-occurring disorder, please provide most recent documentation.
Must meet the DSM (Diagnostic Statistical Manual) criteria for substance dependence.
Must be able to physically meet the requirements of the program. Certain medical conditions may affect client’s admission.
